Ipad vs. DSLR

When choosing which of our booths to have at your event, keep in mind that both of our booths can take amazing pictures. Ultimately, picture quality all comes down to lighting! With our standard Ipad booth (we use an Ipad 12.9 pro), we set up custom lighting so that we are able to get the best quality possible. All of the custom features can still be created using this booth.

Alternatively, our DSLR booth uses an Ipad for the touch screen with the power of a Canon M50 Mark II camera. There is a significant difference in photo quality when using this booth vs. the Ipad, with one of the most obvious reasons being the strobe light that is attached to the booth. This creates beautiful studio lighting using flash vs. stationary illuminated LED lighting that an Ipad booth offers. At the end of the day, it all comes down to the type of event you are hosting. For photos with 1-2 people in them, we recommend our Selfie (Ipad) booth. For photos with larger groups in them, we recommend our Studio (DSLR) booth. We also highly encourage the Studio Booth for those interested in having prints.

A picture is worth a thousand words

For $75/hr, you can upgrade your digital sharing to unlimited prints for you and your guests. A traditional and popular photobooth feature.

Do you have a theme or special colors for your event? You can add a custom balloon garland to fit your theme for $150. **backdrop shown in picture is not a current one that we offer.

What is the "Glam Filter"? The Glam Filter gives you and your guests that flawless celebrity glow in every picture that's captured. Skin smoothing, glow, and face slimming features can be tuned so that everyone can feel beautiful and confident in front of the photobooth! This addition is $150.

Our photoholic horse trailer is a multi-purpose bar and photobooth addition. If your venue already has a bar within the facility, you can still opt to have the trailer set up at your venue as a single-purpose photobooth trailer. This comes with all props shown in pictures (florals, hay bales, cow hide rug, whiskey barrels, bar letters, & lights). This is a beautiful and unique addition to add to your photobooth event ($1000 add-on).

Do you have some inspiration photos saved of your dream photobooth set up? Send us what you are looking for and we can do our best to recreate it! Price varies on cost of material/labor for this addition.

Shimmer walls are put together piece-by-piece and are such a beautiful and luxury touch to any photobooth! Due to the extra time it takes to set these up, our shimmer walls are a $300 addition.

For $250, you can have us bartend at your event with your selection of 3 signature cocktails (a great addition to go with the photoholic trailer). This includes disposable cups, chasers, and garments of choice. You must provide alcohol due to liquor licensing restrictions.

A fun way to remember your guests! With our scrapbook/guestbook addition, you can have guests sign and add their favorite captures from your special day! This is a $50 add-on.

Neon signs are such a simple custom touch! We can custom order a sign specific for your event and you can even opt to keep it! Neon signs start at $50 as an addition.

Do you want your pictures to say a special message on them or for the layout to be a certain way? We offer varying 2x6 and 4x6 templates that can be arranged and customized just for you! This is a $75 upgrade. **already included in our "Bad & Bougee" and "Oh, You Fancy Huh?" packages.
